Lenôtre Macaron class-I took this class because I wanted to master the art of the French Macaron. I had tried different recipes at home with good success but I wanted to know the secrets of a great macaron. The class was in French. There were about 10 students and only 3 of us from the USA. It was hard for 10 people to learn “hands on” with 1 recipe batch. In reality you get little hands on by piping a few macarons and filling them. Most of the class becomes a demonstration. I did learn a few tricks but disappointed at the lack of hands on.
