While traveling to France I decided to take a course at the Cordon Bleu in Paris France. I had always dreamed of one day going to learn pastry there. I checked there website, found a class and booked a ticket to Paris. The day I arrived I had only a few hours to drop my bags at the hotel and I was off to the Cordon Bleu. And the class did not disappoint! There were people from all over the world in this class about 20 of us. But we each had our own cooking station with all our own supplies and tools. The Pastry Chef had about 4-6 assistants. I was not shy and stood next to chef to ensure I learned every secret to making a great tart. With the popularity of cooking now a days they offer daily classes. But they book way in advance so plan early.
