Cook in Israel

My husband and I took a Market Tour and cooking class from #orlyziv at #cookinisrael a few months ago. We met her at the Carmel Market and she told us about the unique food and spices in the market. She also stopped at several speciality eateries and we ate along the way. It was a lot of food but very enjoyable. We ate Shakshuka, falafels, borekas , and several other items along the way. Once  we picked up our groceries for cooking she took us to her home where we cooked several delicious items! We made fish in tomato sauce, Kitchry , cauliflower with tahini and Silan and baklava too!

This is a Market tour and cooking class that is worth the time. Orly and her husband really makes you feel at home and the cultural experience was very worth while. I recommend all interested in learning about the culture and food to take her class!
